Documentation and Documents Management:

The required documents and certificates in fair and event organizations vary depending on the destination country, commodity type, and type of shipping. The document preparation and management is a first priority at the forefront of issues that our customers need most to pay attention to.Since the document contents and their way of preparation vary in each fair, we ensure that you easily manage this difficult process by giving you support in this field.

Steps to be taken in the context of professional logistics services and the matters to be considered:

  1. Proforma Invoice / ATA Carnet
  2. Certificate of origin
  3. ATR
  4. CMR
  5. TIR CARNET
  6. Providing of certificates for specific products such as food, flammable materials and other conformity certificates
  7. Preparation of documents that the customs house of the relevant country to be shared by us
  8. Planning the necessary organization for taking the materials from the door or their shipment to the warehouse
  9. Preparation of the export transactions with your own company customs agent or with our instruction under the temporary import declaration (temporary import) of products to be returned (temporary materials)
  10. Preparation of the export transactions with your own company customs agent or with our instruction under the permanent export declaration (permanent import) of products (of solid materials) not to be returned.
  11. Complete delivery of the materials by us at the stand at the stand delivery date.
  12. In case of empty container after installation, the empty container shall be taken from stand by us and shall be kept safe during the fair
  13. After the end of the fair, we will package the products to be returned and take delivery for their return to the country of destination.
  14. Following the arrival of the materials to the country of destination, carrying out of the import transactions with the firm’s own customs agent or with our instruction.
